If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 30 days from the date of placing the order at no cost.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The item is in its original condition and is in the original packaging (if reasonably possible).
The supplement is unopened.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?

If you have received a defective, damaged, or incomplete item, we will ensure that it is handled properly. In this case, please send an email to help@gainzheaven.com as soon as possible, and we will resolve this.

HOW SOON WILL I BE REFUNDED AFTER THE RETURN?

Once you have returned your product, you will receive your refund as soon as possible. We will cover the return shipping costs only if the product is defective, damaged, or incomplete. We may wait to process the refund until we have received and inspected the products, within a maximum of 10 days after receipt.

When an order is placed within the Netherlands before 22:00, it is almost always delivered the next day. For Belgium and Luxembourg, the delivery time is 1-2 working days.

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking code.
